Monday journal – 17 February 2020

I hope everyone is having a good Monday!

It is the start of another week and I hope it will be better than last week. The rate and severity of my muscle spasms ballooned and prevented me from getting much done.

That is my excuse for last week’s lack of activity. Trust me, I am working hard to try to make sure it doesn’t happen again. (For my sanity, really.)

Here’s to a better seven days!
