For this week’s song lyric Sunday, we are looking for songs that say goodbye. In particular, they have given us prompts of a few words to pick from. The song that instantly sprang to my mind did not have any of those words in any of the lyrics, but I am going to share it with you anyway, followed by a song that doesn’t involve those lyrics!
The first song I wanted to use was so long and thanks for all the fish by the perfect circle. Many readers of you immediately understand that this is related to the hitchhiker’s guide to the Galaxy. It was in fact the last message from the dolphins before they left the doomed planet.

I have chosen Chio adios I’m done by Anne-Marie. This is a song about reaching the final straw in their relationship that is going wrong. She realises that man is cheating and, from the sounds of the lyrics, it sounds like it was not the first time. However, this time she is calling it a day and is going to stop wasting her time on this man.
