Song lyric Sunday: Same/Different

For this week’s song lyrics Sunday that prompt is same/different. I thought this will be quite easy, but it turned out to be the opposite!

For different, I found a song new to me… But I very much enjoyed, and hope that you will. I can’t tell you anything about it because I know even who is artist is! The song is called different world by Alan Walker.
Enjoy!

The same was definitely easier. I picked this song That was stupidly popular in its time so I am going to share with you same jeans by the view. It is song about being yourself and not having to conform to basic rules in society (like dressing up to go out, or changing clothes everyday). It is also about those days where you don’t recognise yourself and need to do something to remind you who you are.
Enjoy!

While I was looking for the track for different I came across this one which again I had never heard. I think it fits into our theme very well as it uses both same and different. So here is same script different cast by Whitney Houston.
Enjoy!

  1. Nice music Angie. I just read that Alan Walker is only 22 years old and least year he was ranked 27th on DJ Mag’s Top 100 DJs list. I really like The Same Jeans and the last time I got my hair cut was in January. The View are a Scottish indie rock band and their 2007 single “Same Jeans” reached #3 on the UK Singles Chart.

    1. Oh, he is a DJ… I never would have thought that because it isn’t a dance track! Same jeans, yeah, I am British so I did say it was stupidly popular at the time so number three sounds about right for the amount it was played! Thank you for watching, hosting, and commenting.
