Friday fictioneers: Backseat drivers know best

Michelle frowned. “I swear we needed to turn that way.”

Philip was sick of this. She always insisted that she knew better than anyone or anything in anything that was going on outside of the car. “The satnav told me to take the third exit, so that is exactly where we are going. Until you are behind the wheel, stop telling me what I am supposed to do.”

She crossed her arms and looked out the window. “Fine.” She tried not to smile in triumph when they had to turn around within metres because they had taken the wrong turn.

    1. This is very true, you can easily turn them off. I would still say I am a back seat driver/passenger and I am well aware that my directions can be terrible. If you are with me, trust the satnav! Thank you for reading and commenting.
